This Agilent 6465B Ultivo Triple Quad LC/MS with ESI Source & 1260 Infinity II Front End pairs the Ultivo’s compact, stackable triple quadrupole design with a complete Infinity II HPLC front end, delivering high-performance LC-MS/MS analysis without the bench space demands of larger comparable systems. The Ultivo eliminates the separate MS footprint by integrating directly into the HPLC stack.
This configuration is equipped with a standard Electrospray Ionization (ESI) source, a proven, versatile ionization technique well suited to a broad range of polar and moderately polar compounds across standard-flow LC-MS/MS workflows. The Ultivo mass spec brings its signature innovations to this configuration — the Vortex Collision Cell for improved ion fragmentation and MRM throughput, the Cyclone Ion Guide for smoother ion transmission, and VacShield technology for capillary changes without venting the system. Using Dynamic MRM, the system can monitor up to 4,000 MRM transitions per run.
