This system pairs Waters’ ACQUITY UPLC platform with an SQ Detector for combined UV/PDA and mass spectrometric detection in a single configuration. The sub-2µm particle UPLC design delivers roughly 3x the efficiency of conventional 5µm HPLC columns, with up to 70% higher resolution — meaning more information from more samples in less time.
The Binary Solvent Manager handles high-pressure precision mixing for reproducible gradient runs, while the Sample Manager provides reliable automated sample handling. The Sample Organizer extends onboard capacity well beyond the base configuration, useful for labs running large batch queues. The Column Heater (CH-A) maintains consistent column temperature for reproducible retention times across runs.
