This system configuration integrates the G7111B quaternary low‑pressure gradient pump, G7129A high‑capacity vial sampler, G7116A thermostatted column compartment, and G7115A diode array detector to provide precise solvent proportioning, stable column temperature control, and full‑spectrum UV‑Vis detection.

With operating pressures up to 600 bar, low system dispersion, and robust InfinityLab module integration, the 1260 Infinity II supports both isocratic and gradient methods with excellent retention time reproducibility and sensitivity.
