Description

Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC System with G1364F Fraction Collector Overview

The Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC System with G1364F Fraction Collector separates a sample and then collects the compounds of interest in one automated run. A quaternary pump blends up to four solvents into gradients, a vialsampler injects each sample, and a column compartment holds the column at a set temperature. A variable wavelength detector watches UV absorbance, and the G1364F collector uses that signal to capture each peak into vials, tubes or plates.

Pharmaceutical laboratories use the Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC System with G1364F Fraction Collector to isolate compounds during drug development. Biotechnology laboratories collect fractions for downstream work, and chemical laboratories use it to isolate components during method development.

This HPLC system is offered fully refurbished and tested, in working condition, by Alliant Scientific.
