The Thermo Dionex Integrion RFIC System with AS-DV Autosampler is a high-pressure ion chromatography platform designed for routine ion analysis with automated eluent generation. The system integrates pump, eluent generator, column oven, and detector into a single flow path. RFIC operation generates eluents electrolytically from deionized water, eliminating manual preparation and maintaining consistent concentration for reproducible separations.
The pump supports flow rates from ~0.001 to 10 mL/min and pressures up to ~6000 psi, enabling use of small-particle columns for faster separations and improved resolution. Thermostatted column and detector compartments stabilize retention times and baseline performance during long runs. Detection options include conductivity and electrochemical modes, with flexibility for different ion analysis methods.
The Dionex AS‑DV autosampler automates sample injection using a 50‑vial carousel with programmable dispense volume and speed. It supports random access, multiple injections per vial, and loop filling or concentrator loading through Chromeleon control. The system operates unattended for routine IC workflows with consistent injection timing and reproducible results.
