Thermo Dionex UltiMate 3000 HPLC System is a modular liquid chromatography platform configured with solvent management, quaternary gradient delivery, automated sample injection, column temperature control, UV‑visible detection, and inline pH and conductivity monitoring. This system supports complete chromatographic workflows from solvent preparation to detection and analytical monitoring.
The system includes the SRD‑3600 solvent tray with integrated six-channel degasser, DGP‑3600A quaternary pump, WPS‑3000T well plate autosampler, TCC‑3000RS column compartment, VWD‑3400RS variable wavelength detector, and PCM‑3000 pH and conductivity monitor. Together, these modules provide controlled solvent delivery, reproducible injection, stable separation conditions, and multi-parameter detection. The quaternary pump enables multi-solvent gradient formation, while the autosampler supports high-throughput sample introduction from vials and microplates. The column compartment maintains controlled thermal conditions to improve retention time stability. Detection is performed using a UV‑visible variable wavelength detector with multi-channel capability.
The integration of the PCM‑3000 module allows real-time monitoring of pH and conductivity, providing additional analytical data for gradient optimization and system diagnostics. The modular architecture allows coordinated operation across all components, supporting reproducible analytical separations in laboratory environments.
