Description
The HTA HT4000L is a lab‑automation‑ready HPLC autosampler designed for accuracy, flexibility, and scalability across a wide range of chromatography applications. Built on a “robust by design” philosophy and advanced DFX technology, the HT4000L is easy to use, easy to install, and easy to service, making it suitable for virtually any laboratory environment.
The system supports full‑loop and partial‑loop injection with high analytical accuracy, programmable fill speed, viscosity delay, and sampling depth to accommodate a wide range of sample viscosities while ensuring high sample recovery. Routine operations such as sample loading, washing, and analysis start are managed via the dedicated keypad or through HTA Autosampler Manager software, enabling seamless integration with chromatography data systems.
With a large capacity of up to 176 × 2 mL vials per run, the HT4000L supports 2–40 mL vials, test tubes, tube blocks, and plates, eliminating the need for sample reformatting. Interchangeable racks, flexible solvent handling without degassing, and a modular design allow the autosampler to adapt as laboratory needs evolve. The HT4000L fits all liquid chromatography systems and supports applications including LC, HPLC, UHPLC, ion chromatography (IC), nano‑LC, and LC/MS. In addition to autosampling, it provides built‑in lab automation capabilities such as dilution, derivatization, pH spiking, and internal standard addition, with advanced workflows available via the optional HTAPREP software.
Available from Alliant Scientific, an authorized HTA distributor, supplying the HTA HT4000L Autosampler with full support for system configuration, installation.
