Thermo Dionex AS-DV Autosampler Overview
The Thermo Scientific Dionex AS-DV Autosampler (P/N 068888) automates sample handling for routine ion chromatography. A positive displacement piston and precise mechanics control dispense speed and volume, which gives highly reproducible injections. The carousel holds 50 PolyVials in any mix of 0.5 mL and 5.0 mL sizes, and optional 20 µm filter caps filter samples automatically. Injection volume ranges from 0.1 to 5.0 mL in 0.1 mL increments, and delivery rate is programmable from 0.1 to 5.0 mL/min. The autosampler remembers each vial’s size and remaining volume.
Random access and multiple injection let you choose the best parameters for each sample. Sample overlap injections save time, and a single AS-DV can inject into two IC systems at once without carryover. Samples can fill a full loop or load a concentrator column. The fluid path is entirely metal-free, with a PEEK needle and wetted surfaces made of inert plastics. Chromeleon Chromatography Data System software controls the autosampler over a USB connection, and the AS-DV is compatible with all Dionex ICS ion chromatography systems.
