LongerPump BT600-2J Peristaltic Pump with YZ1515x Pump Head Overview

The LongerPump BT600-2J is a medium-to-high flow peristaltic pump drive with a speed range of 1 to 600 rpm, reversible, paired here with a YZ1515x pump head. A 3-digit LED display shows current speed, with a rotary encoded switch for manual adjustment.

External control is supported via start/stop and CW/CCW direction inputs, plus speed control through 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, or 0-10kHz signals, as well as an RS-485 interface for computer control. A memory function automatically stores running parameters, and a prime button allows fast filling and emptying of tubing.

The YZ1515x pump head delivers flow rates up to 2,200 mL/min with its 3-roller configuration, accepting tubing sizes 13#, 14#, 19#, 16#, 25#, 17#, and 18#. The stainless steel rotor is housed in a PESU body, and the head is stackable for multi-channel configurations.
